Her clinical services include trauma informed therapy, couples therapy, systemic therapy, perinatal counselling, brief personal therapy and crisis intervention. Her treatment approach includes: Relational Therapy Integrative Therapy and Transactional Analysis.

Eghosa’s practice is based on the assumptions of transactional analysis, and the philosophical assumptions of transactional analysis are: people are okay.
