Kelly Palmer

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Kelly has a BA Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. She is currently undertaking a Master's Degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Kelly is a fully qualified and experienced counsellor who offers adolescents and adults individual counselling. She works with clients to help them meet life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, relationship conflics, pregnancy/ postpartum depression and parenting.

Kelly is an integrative therapist who is passionate about guiding you to improve your wellbeing. In her work, she integrates many approaches including mind-body , cognitive-behavioural (CBT), person-centred, psychodynamic, compassion-focused, attachment-based, and mindfullness-guided.

Qualifications
  • Level 9 M.A. Degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy (ongoing)

  • Level 8 BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy

  • Pre-Accredited Member of the National Association of Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP)
