Bre is a warm and approachable Clinical Psychologist originally from Australia, now practicing in Ireland. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and their families, with extensive experience across the lifespan and a particular focus on school-age children.

Clinical Psychologist

Bre’s clinical work in diverse school settings and private practice has equipped her with expertise in addressing school-related challenges, including separation/social/general anxiety, specific learning disorders, neurodiversity, low mood, and complex family dynamics.
Bre is trained in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, supporting parents through the transition to parenting and helping families build strong, healthy relationships with their children. She also supports young adults facing interpersonal difficulties, burnout, self-esteem, and adjustment challenges.
In addition to her clinical work, Bre is a board-approved supervisor committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive supervisory environment for early career psychologists. She emphasizes child anxiety interventions, family engagement, and strength-based strategies to support clinicians’ professional development and confidence.

Qualifications
  • Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Wollongong 

  • Master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Coaching from University College Dublin (UCD)
