Guidelines for preventing the spread of Covid 19 and keeping our clients and therapists safe

At PsyMentalHealth our primary concern is maintaining the safety of all our clients and
therapists. We have implemented the following changes and ask you to adhere to the
following guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid 19.

We would ask all Clients to adhere to the following guidelines:

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of Covid 19 such as a temperature, cough, or shortness of breath, please DO NOT come into the centre. Contact your therapist and they will be able to move the session online or reschedule.

If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus, please DO NOT come into the centre. Contact your therapist and they will be able to move the session online or reschedule.

All Clients are asked to arrive on time to their appointments and NOT BEFORE to keep any interactions within the Centre to a minimum.

If you would like to drink water during your session, please bring your own bottle with you as we will not be able to provide you with any.

Please use proper respiratory etiquette (avoid touching the face, eyes, nose and mouth cover coughs and sneezes with an elbow or a tissue) while in the premises.

We would ask all visitors to the centre to take away their own rubbish/ waste (water bottles, tissues etc).

Wash hands upon arrival and/or use the hand sanitiser provided.

The use of facial masks is mandatory in the common areas (e.g. reception area and toilets).

We have also made the following changes in the Centre to prevent the spread of Covid-19:

Hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed in the reception area for clients and practitioners to use

Hand sanitisers can also be found by the couches and chairs in both therapy rooms
-
2 metres distance are assured in both therapy rooms and between all chairs in the reception area
-
Disinfectant wipes / bottles are provided in all rooms to wipe down door handles, tables, light switches etc.
