Breanna Drew

Breanna is a warm and approachable Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), originally from Australia and now practicing in Ireland. She specialises in supporting children, adolescents, and their families, with experience across the lifespan.
Specialities
Experience
Breanna has worked in a range of school settings and private practice, developing expertise in supporting young people with anxiety, low mood, emotion regulation, neurodiversity, academic stress, sleep difficulties, parental burnout, and adjustment disorders. She works by supporting parents and the whole family, recognising that a child cannot implement change alone and that meaningful progress depends on the system and environment around them. Please note: Bre does not see clients currently involved in family court matters. Breanna is also trained in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, supporting parents through the transition to parenthood and helping families build strong, secure relationships with their children. She also works with young adults experiencing interpersonal difficulties, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and adjustment challenges. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the main therapeutic framework Bre uses, with a strong focus on attachment and relational approaches to help children and families feel understood, connected, and empowered to make change.
