She offers MenoWellness, an individually tailored menopause programme created following a comprehensive consultation. The outcome is a personalised toolbox shaped around each woman’s specific symptoms and individual challenges, including low mood, irritability, self-esteem difficulties, anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbance, changes in libido and hot flushes.
